We are a full service boarding stable located on 16 beautiful acres in Northern Lakeland. In addition to our boarding services, we offer riding lessons taught by National-level instructor Jenny Lawrence. Mrs. Lawrence has almost 50 years of riding experience, making her a valuable teacher to those just beginning their riding career.
Jenny believes the principles of dressage can be applied to any discipline and any horse to improve performance across many different disciplines. She gives lessons to endurance riders, dressage riders, western dressage riders, and barrel racers, among others. We also have trails through our woods for riders interested in getting out of the arena.
Our barn, having stood for almost 70 years, is one of the sturdiest structures around. Made of the hardest Cypress and Hickory, it has survived floods, tornadoes, and hailstorms, keeping the horses inside safe from the elements.
The barn has 7 stalls. There are two aisle-ways, with a tack and feed room connecting the two, plus an additional tack room is located on the left aisle-way for boarders' convenience.
We take great pride in providing excellent care to the horses entrusted to us. Horses are fed twice a day, and stalled during inclement weather. Regular veterinary and farrier care are scheduled to make sure that horses are kept fit and healthy. We take care of them as if they were our own.
Sail'em Stables rests between Salem Road to the south, and the spring-fed Rocky Branch Creek to the north. We are conveniently located off of Brunswick Road, just south of Hwy 385.
The Lawrence Family lives on-site, increasing security. We pride ourselves on providing a relaxed, friendly atmosphere for our boarders and students.
